With more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Andrew has had the privilege of contributing both strategic leadership and operational oversight to a diverse range of organizations, including associations serving business executives and healthcare professionals, higher education institutions, and other specialized nonprofit organizations.
Andrew has served as Vice President of an accredited Association Management Company (AMC) and as Executive Director of the New England Society of Association Executives, an association of his peers. He currently serves as Associate Director of Operations and Finance at Harvard Law School Executive Education.
Andrew holds an MBA from Northeastern University, an MSc in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin, and a BS in Management, summa cum laude, from Johnson & Wales University. The Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential is the marker of a committed association professional who has demonstrated the wide range of knowledge essential to manage an association in today’s challenging environment.
To earn the CAE, association executives must complete 100+ hours of professional development and pass a rigorous examination. A CAE since 2018, Andrew engages in ongoing professional development specific to the association industry and re-certifies every three years.

The University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business awarded this Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate.
The program consisted of seven two-hour modules focused on building a workforce that includes differing races, religions, ages, genders and sexual orientations, and persons with disabilities, with a focus on how DEI can improve broad society issues and help companies develop novel business practices, increase revenue, and improve performance.

A highlight of Andrew's MBA program was designing and completing two faculty-sponsored independent study courses in Nonprofit Management and Healthcare Administration, tailoring his studies to his career in association management.
Andrew also completed The Washington Campus, an intensive course on the intersection of government with business in Washington, DC.

The MSc in Management Consultancy program at University College Dublin's Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School is designed to give students an understanding of and preparation for a career in the global consulting industry.
The program includes studies in corporate strategy, organizational development, and change management in addition to consulting principles, diagnostic techniques, and project management.
Andrew lived in Dublin, Ireland during this twelve-month graduate program, studying alongside colleagues from throughout the world.

Andrew graduated summa cum laude from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Management, completing studies in business, finance, accounting, management, and marketing, with a concentration in International Business.
While completing his undergraduate studies Andrew served as as Tutor at the Center for Academic Success, tutoring fellow students in accounting, finance, and economics. He also completed several internships at a variety of local organizations, including the Providence Performing Arts Center.
